The 32nd International Festival of New Cinema in Latin American comes to Havana.

The 32nd International Festival of New Cinema in Latin American is already at the gates of Havana and throughout Cuba, celebrated from 2 - 12 December. The festival´s purpose is to spread awareness and recognize films that reaffirm and enrich Latin American and Carribean cultural identities.

As the most important film event on the island, incentatives were proposed this year to promote and contribute to the development of film projects, by offering the following awards: The Postproduction ALBA Cultural Award: "LATINOAMÉRICA PRIMERA COPIA,"  "Iberoamerican Films Crossing Borders A GATEWAY TO THE EUROPEAN MARKETS," and  "New Perspectives of International School of Cinema and television (EICTV)". These events will continue annually.

EICTV will also present several works; the following:
