Miriam Ramos, an essential voice in Cuban music
Miriam Ramos´ artistic career has followed a steady path up. She´s continued to develop as a performer and composer, reaching new heights of popularity and recognition, precisely for the quality and love in everything she does.
A dozen award-winning albums supports this assertion, as well as her work as a credible actress, an efficient conductor of radio and television programs. Her most recent work has been as a general producer and artistic director of her last album Siempre en mi corazón (Always in My Heart), which pays tribute to the memorable Havanian teacher and author, Ernesto Lecuona.
Miriam´s tribute is very worthy, done in a contemporary style with a wealth of nuances, dominating Feeling and Bolero; and also, there´s the songwriting and warm elements of music from Rio de Janero and Jazz.
