Nightclub 3rd and 8th
This is a relatively new place in Havana, at the intersection of 8th St. and 3rd Ave., in the center of Miramar, a residential area of Playa. The banquet hall is on the top floor of a majestic old palace, with all the modern technical resources to make an attendee at the club enjoy a fun night there.
At 3rd and 8 you can enjoy live music, especially small groups and solo acts. When the DJs spin, you can also usually enjoy stand-up acts, who are usually pretty funny. There is plenty of space for "moving your skeleton", as we say in Cuba.
The place is perfect whether you want to dance with friends or a significant other, enjoy a beer or cocktail, maybe a rum and Coke. I recommend not ordering a mixed drink, since it's not what the bar is known for. They're best known for cans or bottles of beer.
There is a private park for the use of patrons, and a good security service that makes sure no one gets out of line. The place is ideal for a fun night out on the town.
