Barman at Dos Hermanos Bar
The Bar Dos Hermanos is in the old port zone, and was always frequented by seaman. It’s considered one of the 10 best bars in the Caribbean (where there are certainly lots of bars…), according to a survey conducted by Tripwolf this year.
This was because of its cheap prices and 24-hour schedule.

Dancing at Dos Hermanos Bar
Although you can have a Mojito anywhere in Havana, many Cuban and International Experts relieve that you the best are made by the bartenders at Dos Hermanos, although the most famous are still from the Bodeguita del Medio.
According to legend, Al Capone drank here quite a lot during his stay in Havana, and it is even speculated that some of his illegal rum-running operations to the U.S. were planned in the Dos Hermanos. The bar is also implicated in the famous debate over where the famous Cuba Libre was concocted. But we can get to that another time.
There is almost always live music at Dos Hermanos, and although they aren’t well-known, they play popular Cuban music quite well.
In addition to everything else mentioned, I must ad done thing: the Bar Dos Hermanos is now next to the Russian Orthodox Cathedral, which was recently opened. If you want to visit a typical Cuban bar, full of history and legends, and taste the famous Mojito, at good prices, don’t forget to visit the Two Brothers Bar, or the Bar Dos Hermanos, on Avenida del Puerto Número 304, in Old Havana.
